Creating a Foundation on Training

A rigorous process by design, our program ensures the safety of our employees as well as the job site on which they are working.

  1. New field technicians are placed into Stage 3’s intensive three-week training course to build operational and safety skills. This internal boot camp is comprised of more than 20 hours of initial safety training and solids control fundamentals.
  2. At the end of our boot camp, candidates undergo a final exam before being invited into our Field Technician Apprentice Program and will be allowed on job sites.
  3. As an apprentice, field technicians are paired with an experienced field technician to being job shadowing and gaining valuable hands-on training under the supervision of a seasoned worker.
