Our IoT driven controls database allows us to gather, identify and evaluate comprehensive information accumulated from more than 100 data points a second.
Through data collection, sample testing and real-time analysis, we follow a specific mass balance model that allows us to remove discrepancies in reporting processed fluid and waste volumes. As opposed to a commodity driven approach, we believe optimizing through volume management allows us to effectively manage solids control but also affect operational costs through every step of the process.

Our custom fabricated parts create less waste and faster production times for clients. Our team tests and confirm our equipment is fully optimized before working with our fabricator partners to optimize production both for manufacturing but also to improve setup and tear down procedures.
