Our AXL shaker offers the ability for multiple configurations to sized material retention, optimization of solids removal and throughput capabilities. With a triple-deck layout, our shaker screen panels have the ability to filter specific sized particles on each deck. Our design, when configured in series, improves the solids removal efficiency by screening consecutively through each deck. Parallel mode operation of the AXL will effectively handle larger flow rates, while maintaining fine filtration, by deck sharing concept.
