As part of our service, we work with your team to carefully customize and tailor a solution from equipment selection and process order to include mud tanks, shakers,centrifuges, degassers, desanders, desilters, screens, mud cleaners and conditioners and more. In addition to the removal of solids, Stage 3 also offers applications for water and soil sampling and testing as well as analytical reporting and support services.

1. Pre-Project Planning

From this collaboration, we collect job details, fluid specifications, and other pertinent site information to determine the necessary equipment. We then work with our engineering team to create a tailored plan of action.

2. Live Management
Our highly skilled technical team works with our field technicians to monitor our operations equipment through our specialized IoT devices and real-time sensors.
One of the most well-rounded and diverse group of experts including PE’s, mud engineers and solids control analysts monitor your site, making daily, near real-time adjustments to solids control in the field. They also perform weekly reviews on projects, recapping any changes and working towards continuous improvements on all of your job sites.
3. Post Project Analysis
Following the completion of a job, our laboratory services team generates a customized comprehensive report that details in which ways solids control management has maximized your return on investment.
Our team will make recommendations by comparing historical performance data with your end-of-job report to implement for the next job site or for current projects still on-line.
