Since 2011, Stage 3 Separation has made Midland, TX, and the Permian Basin a focal point of our business. With so many clients and active job sites in the region, we are excited to announce our expansion in the area with the opening of our new office and warehouse facility. We watched the basin provide an abundance of business opportunities for hard working families for a very long time and we couldn’t be happier to be a part of this great region.

On April 30, 2022, Stage 3 will relocate from our current facility at 2801 I-20 East, Midland, TX 79701 to our new facility at 4023 S. County Rd 1232, Midland, TX 79706. Our current 5-acre facility has served us well but has limited our ability to perform some equipment maintenance and storage. Our new facility boasts an impressive 14-acre fenced-in site with seven bay doors and one wash bay. The new headquarters will house a state-of-the-art mud/data lab with full PSA/PSD capabilities along with living quarters for up to a dozen Stage 3 employees. Best of all, it’s located in the heart of the Permian Basin. 

To ensure we continue to provide our customers with exceptional service and a reaction time second to none, it is imperative that we expand our operational footprint to accommodate our ever-growing customer base. This new facility gives Stage 3 better visibility with our customers, quicker turn-around time for urgent requests, faster repair and maintenance times, and equipment that is “green tagged” for quicker delivery.

While our doors to the new facility officially open on April 30, 2022, we are staggering our move-in phases over the next couple of months.  We are excited to show off our new space, so please mark your calendars for our Grand Opening later this summer and keep an eye out for an email containing a special invitation to our Grand Opening festivities.
