Creating a Foundation on Training
A rigorous process by design, our program ensures the safety of our employees as well as the job site on which they are working.
- New field technicians are placed into Stage 3’s intensive three-week training course to build operational and safety skills. This internal boot camp is comprised of more than 20 hours of initial safety training and solids control fundamentals.
- At the end of our boot camp, candidates undergo a final exam before being invited into our Field Technician Apprentice Program and will be allowed on job sites.
- As an apprentice, field technicians are paired with an experienced field technician to being job shadowing and gaining valuable hands-on training under the supervision of a seasoned worker.

Certifications
Additionally, we require annual review training, including ISTC renewal, American Heart Association First Aid and quarterly training course requirements for each technician. Stage 3 subscribes to ISNetworld, a leading source for contractor conformance verification through their Review and Verification Services (RAVS). Stage 3’s contractor ID is 400-176547.
